Mapping the Inner Journey - Training Course
OPEN CALL – Selection of Romanian Participants

AICSCC – Gamma Institute is launching an open call for Romanian participants to join the international Training Course “Mapping the Inner Journey”, organised within its Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation.
The training is designed for youth workers interested in exploring how personal experiences, relationships, and life narratives influence individual development and learning processes.
What will you learn?
Through experiential exercises, storytelling, guided reflection, and group activities, you will explore:
Psychological debriefing as a tool for learning and personal development.
Systemic, narrative, and transgenerational approaches.
The relationship between individuality and belonging – “Together vs. Alone”.
Communication, empathy, and relational dynamics.
Methods for facilitating reflection in youth work activities.
Who can apply?
Youth workers, volunteers, facilitators, and individuals involved in non-formal education who are interested in developing their professional competences and sharing educational methods within their communities.
Selection will consider applicants' motivation, relevant experience, availability for the entire programme, and willingness to disseminate and apply the learning outcomes.
