Stepping into the Unknown - Youth Exchange

Are you between 16 and 30 years old and interested in discovering more about yourself, your personal strengths, and how to turn uncertainty into an opportunity for growth?
AICSCC – Gamma Institute is launching an open call for Romanian participants to join the international Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Stepping into the Unknown – From Awareness to Action”.
About the experience
In an international environment, alongside young people from different countries, you will explore:
Self-awareness and self-confidence.
Emotions, values, and personal resources.
Managing uncertainty and adapting to change.
Intercultural communication and cooperation.
Creativity, leadership, and active participation.
Turning personal ideas into meaningful initiatives.
The programme will include personal development exercises, storytelling, group challenges, reflection, and intercultural learning experiences.
Places available for the Romanian group
4 young people aged 16–30 and 1 adult group leader.
The group leader should have relevant experience in youth work and be able to support the preparation and participation of the Romanian group.
Participants under 18 must have parental consent and comply with the relevant legal requirements for travel and participation.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for young people who demonstrate motivation for personal development, openness towards cultural diversity, availability to participate in the entire programme, and an interest in sharing their learning experiences within their communities.
