Youth Exchanges

What happens when we embrace uncertainty as an opportunity for growth?

From 1–7 March 2026, 25 young people and 6 group leaders came together in Durău, Romania, for an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange exploring self-awareness, emotional resilience, intercultural connection, and personal empowerment.

The Youth Exchange “Lead Your Life: Grow & Glow!” took place in Iași, Romania, between May 5th and 9th, 2025, hosted by Gamma Institute in collaboration with partners from Italy, Greece, and Spain. The project brought together young participants and leaders to explore self-awareness, communication, leadership, and personal growth through experiential learning.

Everyone has a dream!
You have a dream! About yourself, life, future, relations with others, career, etc.
Maybe you have also a plan to fulfil your dream. Or maybe not yet. No matter the step you are doing now, you need motivation.

To do a vision over the life that you always wanted is the best strategy for helping yourself to fulfil your dreams. Even you could compare the creation of your life’s vision with a compass. It will help you to guide your actions and choices for achieving your objectives.
